Call of Duty: Warzone developers hold walkouts over job cuts at Raven Software - milleransuchan
Several developers at Call of Tariff Warzone studio apartment Prey Software let staged a walkout last night complaining recent job cuts at the company.
As noted by GamesIndustry.game, the walkout was announced away members of the ABK Workers Alliance. They say 12 workers were told on Friday that their contracts would be finished by the end of January. This was despite these workers being "in good erect" with the companion. We are converting approximately 500 temporary workers to regular employees in the future months. Regrettably, as part of this change, we also have notified 20 temporary workers across studios that their contracts would not Be lengthened."
The ABK Workers Alliance previously staged a walkout in protest of Bobby Kotick, chase allegations the CEO was involved in and aware of octuple counts of employee abuse at the company nether his lookout.
The termination of upper-performing testers, while workload and profits are towering, is an unacceptable action aside the company and contradicts Raven's finish of being an exemplary workplace in our industry.
